We match the salary as per the industry standards, the salary is reviewed periodically and raised depending on the performance of employee. We pay our employees semi-monthly through direct deposit.



We have implemented ADP HR Services in our company through which we provide the online access and timely response to our employees on payroll and HR processes.



All employees are eligible to select from Medical, Dental and/or Vision Insurance for self and dependants from the date of hire.



Fusion Plus has initiated the process to implement the 401 (K) Retirement Savings Plan and it will be in effect very soon.



Employees can accrue up to 2 weeks of paid vacation per year.



We Sponsor training to our employees and prospective employees if required in order to fulfill our business needs.
