Lead consulting team across Project Management/Consulting streams in projects and accounts. Involve in business requirement analysis and documentation, functionality gap analysis, solution design discussion and solution implementation. Manage the full project life cycle including creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure.
